At Camp Love, our workouts are inspired by a true boxer’s heavy bag workout. Our signature boxing classes use every part of the body to improve your strength, conditioning, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, power, and overall confidence. Our classes provide a thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, cardio exercises, drills on the bag, and strength work.

Core Boxing and Cardio (Ladies Only)

Ladies only Core Boxing and Cardio is an invigorating workout designed to energize you, boost your confidence, and build strength! This class is all about waking you up and empowering you to face the day with a stronger body. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, this is the ideal workout that will leave you feeling strong, empowered and ready to conquer.

 

 

Montana’s Flow

This class is taught by Montana and is open to all levels of skill and conditioning. Each class focuses on a specific topic. It may be throwing a combination, a competition/sparring scenario or learning how every movement in boxing just flows like water. We will start with a 10-15 minute warm up and stretch session. Then we will go over the skills in our topic for the class for 15-20 minutes to ensure that we do the right things the right way for the last 30 minutes of hard work! Doing things the right way is essential to an effective, safe, and fun workout.

 

Old School Boxing

A Camp Love trainer guides you through the tried-and-true traditional boxing workout, used by generations of prizefighters to condition their bodies and develop the attributes and skills necessary to be successful in the ring. Come in at least 15-minutes early to warm up and stretch. This workout includes shadowboxing, heavy bag work, speed bag work, rope skipping, and calisthenics.

Boxing Fundamentals

New to boxing and just starting out? If you want a great workout, our Intro to Boxing/Boxing Basics class is for you. Boxing is one of the best workouts to help you lose weight, tone up, improve coordination, and boost your energy levels. We have everything you need to train, so you can just show up and get expert instruction from our experienced trainers. They will teach you proper techniques and engage you in a great workout that increases your endurance and tones your muscles.

 

Sparring

Sparring is your opportunity to “put it all together” against a real opponent who is trying to hit you and prevent you from hitting them. Intensity varies according to skill level and experience. New boxers who wish to spar begin by sparring with more experienced members who understand how to guide a new boxer to improve their skills, gain confidence, and adapt to the environment of the ring. Sparring sessions are not true fights, they are where we learn to fight. This session is open to all in good condition and after trainer evaluation.

 

 

Too Pretty’s Boxing Workshop

Montana answers questions about his personal boxing workout regimen to support you in your own fitness journey. This workshop is a time to come in, do your workout, ask questions, and get advice about creating the mindsets and habits that will help you to get where you want to be. This class is part discussion, part workout, and all fun.  All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
